Hi, I’m Natalie.

   

Like many women, my life experience hasn’t followed a neat, linear path — and that’s exactly what brings me to this work. Professionally, I’ve spent years supporting people through change, challenge, and uncertainty. Personally, I’ve navigated the very real, messy, and often invisible transitions that many women face: shifting identities, changing bodies, emotional overload, burnout, and the quiet question of “Is it just me?”

It’s not just you.

   

I created this coaching space because I know how powerful it is to feel truly heard — without being judged, fixed, analysed, or rushed. My desire is to support women who are facing similar challenges and simply want a safe, relaxed place to talk things through, make sense of what’s happening, and find practical ways forward that actually fit real life.

 

This is not corporate life coaching. We won’t be chasing performance metrics, productivity hacks, or polished outcomes. Instead, this is grounded, compassionate support for the everyday realities we face — relationships, confidence, new motherhood overwhelm, life transitions, perimenopause, boundaries, self-trust, illness and everything in between. My approach is holistic and practical.

 

I work alongside you, helping you explore what’s going on, what you need right now, and what small, meaningful changes could bring relief or clarity.

 

While my coaching is not counselling, medical, or legal advice, it is designed to complement other forms of support you may be receiving, with care, respect, and common sense.

 

This space is open to all women who are seeking understanding, reassurance, and steady support — exactly as you are.
